Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order is processed. Orders placed before 12pm EST are processed same-day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Express shipping arrives in 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account and view order status at any time under "My Orders."

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they enter processing and cannot be changed. If you need to make a change, contact our support team as quickly as possible at hello@mindformactive.com.

Our pieces generally run true to size. We recommend checking the size guide on each individual product page, which includes exact measurements for bust, waist, and hips. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for tops and down for leggings if you prefer a tighter compression feel.

Our leggings run true to size. The high-rise styles have a slightly more compressive feel due to the structured waistband, so if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend going up one size. All product pages include model sizing notes to help guide you.

Most of our full-length leggings are available in two inseam options: 25" (ankle length) and 28" (full length). The inseam option is listed on each product page. If a product only shows one option, the inseam length is noted in the product details.

We use premium performance fabrics across our collection — primarily high-grade nylon-spandex blends (typically 78% Nylon / 22% Spandex) for our leggings and compression pieces. Our tops often feature lightweight, breathable jersey and rib-knit fabrics. All materials are selected for their softness, durability, and performance under movement.

Yes. All mindform leggings are designed and tested for full opacity during high-range movement. Our fabrics are selected specifically for their non-see-through properties, even under stretching. Each pair is tested before release.

Yes. We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate an exchange, visit your account or email us at hello@mindformactive.com with your order number and the size you'd like. Exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving your return.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Use a mild, fragrance-free detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or, for best results, lay flat to dry. Avoid fabric softeners — they can break down performance fibers and reduce the elasticity of spandex over time.

Pilling is usually caused by friction against rough surfaces. To minimize pilling, wash your leggings inside-out, avoid washing with rough fabrics (like jeans or towels), and use a mesh laundry bag. Our premium nylon-spandex blend is naturally more resistant to pilling than standard polyester fabrics.
